Jesse is fast, creative and as knowledgeable as anyone I've ever met about Home Theater and audio visual as it relates to diagnosing and solving problems. I am pretty sure if not for him, my situation would have ended up becoming a mountain if not for Jesse being able to see it for the molehill it was. I was sure my receiver had gone bad on me and because of his persistence and tenacity, he was realized the DirecTV HD Receiver caused the issue that was making my TV unwatchable. Not only that, he reconfigured my receiver so my speakers worked properly, as well as adjusting other settings that made my receiver work the way it's designed to work. If I had hired the "The Geek Squad" I would have had to pay $150 for the diagnosis of the problem, then an additional $40 per hour after that. And that's assuming they could figure out what Jesse identified as the problem, which I'm quite sure they would not have been able to. Jesse was in and out of my place, problem solved in less than an hour. I would HIGHLY recommend Jesse to anyone who needs the service and expertise he provides and I plan to do so.
